As the new Coronavirus known as COVID-19, spreads across the globe, we are all aware that measures need to be taken to slow its distribution.
In addition to the general guidelines, we adapted to the Clean & Safe standards which have been established by the Portuguese tourism board "Turismo de Portugal"
Till further notice all this rule must be applied
In general
This is what we can do!

No handshakes– Sorry! Reducing physical contact is an easy and effective way to reduce risk.

Payment– Prefer Paypal, bank transfer or card, customers are advised to show the proof of payment

Transport– If the customer has his own car he should use it, in the moment we are just allowed to transport 5 guest in the van
-
Vehicle- contact surfaces (seats, etc.) wiped down daily with sanitizer

Guest- Have to wear a mask in the Car and must have his/her personal belongings in a bag

Guides- wash hand´s according to general guidelines
This is what you can do!

Bring your own mask– We offer mask for every client but we would like to save nature ( not using reusable masks). So if you have a mask please use & bring it

Wear Gloves while transport– this will reduce exposure to surfaces that can’t be cleaned properly or are being touched frequently by many people

Contact us if any questions remain!

Practice good personal hygiene- especially thorough hand washing.

Avoid close contact with people with common cold symptoms.

Avoid direct unprotected contact with live animals and surfaces in contact with animals when visiting live markets

Use a cloth for sneezing if you have a cold and wash your hands regularly.

Inform healthcare professionals about their trips if they need to seek health care in Portugal

Wetsuit- should be handed to the guest and remain in his responsibility till after usage or end of pack lessons, if it doesn’t fit straight put it in the contamination box for further disinfection
